I am a counsellor passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges.
I’ve worked with adults, couples, and young people in charities and schools, including services for mental health, domestic abuse, and addiction.
These experiences have shaped my belief that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgemental space to be heard.
My approach is person-centred at its core, but I also draw on other methods so that therapy is tailored to each individual or couple I work with.
I believe counselling is about walking alongside you — offering support, empathy, and space to explore what matters most — so that you can find strength, clarity, and the opportunity to flourish.
I completed a four-year diploma qualification in Humanistic Counselling and became a member of the MBACP (Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) the main governing body for Counselling & Psychotherapy in the UK.
I work in an educational and private setting working with clients who suffer with Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Bereavement, Loss, PTSD and many other issues.
My core model of therapy is Person-Centred Therapy, although I am an integrative Counsellor using techniques from other models including Transactional Analysis (TA), Gestalt and Play Therapy
